• We will process your order within 1-3 business days for all orders received Monday-Friday
• We will ship your item within 1 week
• If the order received falls on US national holiday, we will process your order on the next business day
• Each package has a tracking number so you can check on the progress of the shipment

Returns

Nootrops guarantees 100% satisfaction for you. You may return any product you purchased directly through this website within 30 days from your purchase date. 

Please submit a return request by emailing support@nootrops.com and please include the purchase order number and the reason you are returning the product. After your request has been received and approved, we will issue the return and any additional instructions.

Products must be returned in their original condition. We only accept untampered, unopened, and unused products.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please notify us within 10 days from your purchase date if you received damaged or defective products. We will also accept returns of these products or a replacement.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued for the full amount, less shipping and restocking fees. The refund will be issued back to the original payment method upon agreement.
